Outfront – Major contract wins for oOh!media

Oh!media has announced the signing of significant long-term contracts with Waverley Council, Northern Beaches and Eastlink.

The outdoor media specialist announced the new offerings at its annual oOh! Outfront ’25 event.

“Behind every great brand is oOh! – Australia’s #1 OOH company. oOh! is a leading force in Australian OOH across all key metrics, and our mission is to help brands grow by making our unparalleled scale accessible,” said CEO Cathy O’Connor.

“But being No. 1 goes beyond metrics; it’s about advertisers and agencies trusting us to deliver the results they want to achieve. That reflects our commitment to delivering the best possible service and results, every time.”

At Outfront, oOh! announced the further expansion of its Sydney street furniture network and signed two new major long-term contracts in prestigious suburbs.

The first is Waverley Council in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, covering areas such as Bondi, Bronte and Rose Bay. oOh! will deploy a 100% digital network across these locations, including more than a dozen innovative, sustainable oOh! living roofs at bus shelters.

In the Northern Beaches, oOh! has secured a tender to expand its existing presence in local government. The deal will cover 293 lodges from Manly to Palm Beach. oOh! will make significant investments in these digital assets to increase advertiser visibility in key destinations such as Manly Corso and Manly Beach.

oOh! will also add 13 more large-format digital sites as part of Melbourne’s Eastlink Motorway contract. Eastlink, which will launch in November, is a tolled section of the M3 Freeway connecting a large area across Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs, reaching commuters on a large scale.

In the past six months, oOh! has also renewed Australia’s largest street furniture supply contract with the Victorian Department of Transport.

The project spans the Melbourne metropolitan area and includes approximately 5,000 pieces of street furniture located in the Central Business District (CBD) and Greater Melbourne. oOh! will install 650 state-of-the-art digital LED screens in prime locations across Melbourne.

The company has also won a long-term contract to build five new, high-profile Melbourne Metro stations, which will enable the installation of 108 digital screens in the heart of Melbourne’s central business district.

oOh! has also strengthened its large format digital network with 37 new sites in key commuter locations including Melbourne’s West Gate Bridge and Adelaide’s Gepps Cross. In Melbourne alone, oOh! has grown its large format digital media portfolio by more than 50 per cent in the last 12 months.

The company has added 35 new shopping centres to its retail portfolio across the country.

And it launched a 100% digital premium network in Sydney following the opening of Sydney Metro, Martin Place Retail Precinct and the launch of Woollahra Council.

“oOh!’s recent success in securing significant contract wins and expanding the oOh!media network nationwide further cements our status as Australia’s No. 1 OOH company. It is evidence of our continued focus on innovation, scale and delivering unparalleled value to brands,” said O’Connor.
